HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
All of our fragrances are made to order with care and intention. While we aim to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 business days for tracking updates. Our team is diligently working behind the scenes Monday-Friday to ensure every order meets our standards of quality and love.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We provide shipping rates via USPS. At checkout, you'll be able to choose your preferred method, and your shipping cost will be calculated based on the package weight & distance. Rest assured, we never inflate our shipping fees.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, you are welcome to swap or resell your items within our community Facebook group.
DO YOU COMBINE ORDERS?
Forgot something!? A "Combined Shipping" coupon code will be activated 1 hour after each launch. (See Facebook Group for details). This allows customers who place multiple orders during the same order window to avoid paying duplicate shipping fees. Please note:
- Combined Shipping applies only to multiple orders placed within the current restock window.
- All customers must pay shipping at least once per order window.
HOW IS MY ITEM PACKAGED?
Our fragrances are presented in elegant round glass bottles with a beautiful rose gold sprayer. Each label is crafted in-house. While we are currently focused on simple, refined packaging, we’re confident you’ll love the overall presentation. This approach allows us to keep our products beautiful & affordable for you.
WHAT FOOD PANTRY DO YOU SUPPORT?
10% of all proceeds are donated to support a local food pantry in Kissimmee, FL, operated by Living Water Fellowship. Through this partnership, over 1,300 people are fed each week and your purchase helps make that possible.
WHAT IS THE OIL STRENGTH OF YOUR FRAGRANCES?
All of our fragrances are crafted as Extrait de Parfum. Each blend contains up to 30% fragrance oil or follows IFRA guidelines—whichever allows for the highest concentration. Our goal is to deliver richly concentrated scents while remaining within the recommended strength for safe and enjoyable wear on skin.
HOW ARE YOU FRAGRANCES MADE?
Our fragrances are made in the USA. They are made-to-order and are hand-poured. While our fragrances are great right out of the bottle, some may need up to two weeks before fully developing.
WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD TO APPLY YOUR FRAGRANCES?
For best results, apply our perfumes to pulse points—such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears—where warmth helps the fragrance unfold beautifully and last longer. To enhance longevity and depth, we recommend layering with a complementary lotion or oil before applying your Extrait de Parfum. Due to the high oil content, take precautions when applying to clothing.
