Looking at the notes, I expected something bold and heavy-hitting, but it is surprisingly delicate, sheer & musky. To be honest, I don't pick up any of the leather or tobacco leaf; On me, it opens with a bright citrus and settles into smooth sandalwood. The first day I sprayed it, I thought it leaned a tinge masculine, but after letting it sit for a few days, it has smoothed out completely.
It lays close to the skin & creates an intimate scent bubble. When you hug someone, they are going to linger because you smell luxurious & sophisticated. If you love fragrance with an understated elegance, then this is a must-have.
If you're strictly into gourmands, this might not be for you. But if you love gender-neutral scents that feel effortless & polished, you're going to need to add this to your collection.
